Shipping policy
This policy outlines how orders from StickerPin (“we”, “us”, “our”) are processed, shipped and delivered.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to:
• United Kingdom
• United States & European Union
• Selected international destinations (“Rest of World”)
Processing Times
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 working day (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
You’ll receive:
• An order confirmation email after placing your order
• A dispatch confirmation once your order has been shipped
Please note that during busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
UK Delivery Options
We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail using the following services:
Royal Mail 2nd Class – Standard option (approx. 2–4 working days after dispatch). Insured, but not tracked.
Royal Mail 1st Class – Faster untracked service (approx. 1–2 working days after dispatch).
Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Fully tracked express option (usually delivers next day from dispatch).
Tracking details will be provided for tracked services once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.
International Delivery
International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International services.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
USA & EU: 4–8 working days
Rest of World: 5–12 working days (depending on location)
This is an economy air service, and tracking may not be available in all countries. Delivery times can vary due to customs and local postal services.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
• Destination
• Selected delivery service
• Order size, weight and value
Any free shipping offers will be clearly shown at checkout. Once an order has been dispatched, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customs & Import Fees
For orders outside the UK, your parcel may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees.
These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking this before ordering if you’re unsure.
Address Details
Please ensure your delivery information is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.
If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery or incorrect details, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional charges may apply) or issue a refund minus shipping costs.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived or is significantly delayed:
• Check your tracking (if applicable)
• Contact the courier

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
