Refunds & Returns
We want you to love your StickerPins 💖
If something’s not quite right, you can request a refund or exchange within 28 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Once your return is received and checked, we’ll process your refund.
Please note: returns are sent at your own risk. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@stickerpin.com within 24 hours of delivery, including photos where possible. All orders are insured, so early contact helps us resolve things quickly.
The maximum window to report damaged or defective items is 7 days from delivery. After this, we are unfortunately unable to process claims due to courier insurance limits.
If an issue is confirmed, we will offer you a refund or store credit, whichever you prefer.
In some cases, we may ask for the item to be returned for inspection. If a return is not possible, we will still do our best to resolve the issue fairly.
Change of Mind & Incorrect Orders
Changed your mind? No problem.
You can return items within 7 days of delivery, as long as they are unused and in original condition.
Refunds will be issued minus the original delivery cost, as shipping fees are non-refundable. Return postage is also the buyer’s responsibility.
Sale Items
Items purchased from our Sale section are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Mystery Packs
Due to the nature of mystery items, Mystery Packs are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, unless an item is faulty.
